Volunteer roles
-
Committee Members
Our committee looks after the club’s planning, communication, events, policies and day‑to‑day operations. These roles help shape the direction of BDNC and ensure everything behind the scenes runs well.
-
Event Volunteers
Sign‑on days, grading, presentation day and fundraising events all rely on extra hands. These roles are flexible and perfect for anyone who wants to help occasionally.
-
Umpires
Umpires keep games fair and enjoyable. We welcome new umpires and offer support for anyone interested in learning or improving their skills.
-
Coaches
Coaches guide their team through training and game days. You don’t need to be an expert, just someone who’s willing to encourage players, teach basic skills and help them enjoy their netball. We provide support, resources and guidance so you’re never doing it alone. Coaching is a rewarding way to connect with the club and make a real difference to your team.
-
Team Manager
Managers help keep everything organised each week. They assist with communication, scoring, timekeeping and making sure players know where they need to be. Managers are the link between families, coaches and the club, and their support helps teams run smoothly from week to week.
Ready to help?
Tell us how you would like to volunteer. New volunteers are welcome, whether you can help regularly or occasionally.
Sponsor the club
Local business support helps BDNC keep fees affordable, provide equipment, improve facilities and run development opportunities for our players.
We offer sponsorship options for different businesses. Benefits may include courtside signage, uniform recognition, social media promotion, website features and involvement in club events, depending on the package.
Whether you have supported BDNC before or are considering joining us for 2027, we would love to hear from you.
