Coaches & Managers

Our coaches and team managers help players learn, enjoy netball and feel part of BDNC. Whether you are returning or volunteering for the first time, the club is here to support you.

Coaches

  • Plan training sessions suited to your team’s age and experience.

  • Encourage fair play, teamwork and player development.

  • Keep families informed about training and game arrangements.

  • Contact the club if you need guidance, resources or support.

Team managers

  • Help families keep track of training, game times and court allocations.

  • Coordinate team communication and allocated scoring, timekeeping and club duties.

  • Support the coach and pass questions to the appropriate club contact.

Team communication in 2027

BDNC will use Spond for team and club communication. Coaches and managers will provide families with details for joining their team group. Club announcements will also appear on our website and Facebook page.

Questions and support

For questions about your team, contact your coach or manager first. If you are uncomfortable raising an issue with them, or need further support, contact the committee.
